About The Project

Phoenix were engaged by Coastline Constructions to construction manage a 46 prestige apartments project complete with 3 towers (4 storeys) each sitting on a podium basement structure complete with 2 swimming pools on Townsville’s iconic “The Strand”. Commercial restaurant/bar facilities were also on the basement level fronting The Strand. To date the project has provided some of the highest sale values per unit in the North Queensland region. Contract was a negotiated contract management.
